Beauty In The Pressure.

I took a walk to my local park…

I just needed some time..

Some time to think, You know?

 Alone… from everyone  and everything.    

 

Days you just want to “sleep of the depression”

but I’ve recently understood, that in every trail there is a lesson.

See … I have this new impression  with depression…

That “depression” is really is just the overwhelming pressure from the lesson🤷🏾‍♀️

 

Bro. James already told us “count it pure joy when you face any test or trails”… 

He sounds  mad crazy … but he means give thanks …  sing praise and never forget to smile.

Through the thick and thin ?  Remember Jehovah Jireh he will always wins.

He further says your “test of faith” will “produce perseverance”…

Testing your believe, determination  resilience, because no one can by pass Gods promises or intelligence.

 

Who told you life would be a walk in the park?

I mean … God is the light, the truth guiding you through the dark 

But you must “have FAITH in GOD” as Jesus said in Mark. 

Faith is to “hope” in what you do not  know OR do not see …

But assurance that the Lord will set you free?

 

 I took this picture (above) of everything in the park looking so still and at peace.

How beautiful ? … and still … even the waters are were at ease.

In every trial I  pray for similar stability security, please x

The love of God is like a freedom fountain, flourishing the waters as they slowly increase.

 

But Be still like the waters , the enemy comes to destroy … steal & better off  just kill.

Worry not and lean not on your own understanding 

Be calm like the breeze at night, still like the skies at night

Trust in what is not in sight 

and Have faith in Jesus Christ the truth & the Light.

Dear Diary

“Beauty in the pressure” I started to understand that life is about “seasons”, in every season there will be trials, trials of many kinds. God never said life would be a walk in the park hence why James mentioned the “trials”.

Do not let these Trials get you all the way down.

Days you will feel low, discouraged, tired, disappointed … fed up and some will put it down to “Depression”. And I really feel that, it gets like that. But how about you start to believe in God & see it as “pressure” from the lesson that has to be taught in each season?

This may sound delusional but find excitement (joy) somewhere in this mess (pressure), that your strength is being tested A G A I N, this time you’ll come out stronger. I mean You have fell before… and got up, right?

So if you fall AGAIN , YOU WILL GET UP!!!

The pressure  forces you to believe, to be resilient to be determined testing your FAITH that produces perseverance (Strength).. So, in every trial at the end there is a new level of  STRENGTH.

A New Strength , Upgraded strength , Reformed strength that will gear you for the next step, season or lesson on this journey to your pursuit of Happiness.

Strength is a core value for every leader. No matter how big or small, if you have strength to pick yourself back up you are a leader in your life because you never stayed low, you never folded. You got back up to Live Your Movie.

God gives the toughest battles, to his toughest soldiers.

So… “Find the beauty in the pressure”
